Berny has demonstrated exceptional talent , with technical ability, a human and personalized approach , to manage complex relationships, working hand in hand with multinational companies such as: Apple, Disney, New Balance, Clarins, Marriott, and Samsonite. His commitment to excellence and continuous improvement led him to become an active trainer in the program "The Best Mexican Companies" , organized by Citibanamex, Deloitte and the Tecnológico de Monterrey. Here, he shared his vast knowledge and experience, supporting companies to reach new levels of success .
He took inspiration from his great teacher, mentor and mother, Margarita Orozco , who originated the concept of "Creating the difference... in your life" . A book that has three pillars: knowing who you are, valuing what you do and being thankful for what you have. This theoretical guide, together with 18 years of training , led Berny to develop a practical methodology called "Just For Dreamers" , which seeks to break the monotony of routine and the office and inspire people to not forget their dreams and encourage them to work towards achieving a result .
His desire and curiosity to continue exploring the world have led him to live in Europe . Currently, Berny shares trends in technology, innovation, sustainability, art, culture and entertainment on his platforms, in order to inspire others regardless of where they are.
